Aidan & Mandy Enterprises S.L is a Spanish registered car hire company

Requirements:
Minimum age 25 years and 4 years in possession of a full driving licence The driving licence to be provided along with the Supplementary licence document prior to rental. Present valid Passport 

Payment conditions: by cash on collection.

Our Prices include:
VAT, Local Taxes/Fees, Unlimited Mileage, Third party insurance, airport pick up and drop off. There will be a charge for fuel if a request is made for the vehicle to be dropped off in another location other than where it was picked up.

Insurance

All vehicles carry third party insurance. Additional insurance cover can be obtained through the following link www.carhireexcess.com A deposit of €100.00 is required prior to rental which is refundable at the end of the rental term subject to there being no damage. If the additional insurance option is not obtained, the hirer is liable for the full cost of all repairs caused as a result of damage during the rental period up to the full cost of a replacement vehicle. The hirer is also responsible for the repairs of any tyres as a result of punctures whilst the car is on hire. All vehicles are supplied with a spare tyre, which should be changed over, and the vehicle should be taken by the hirer to a suitable garage to carry out the repair. €30 per punctured tyre will be charged to the hirer if the car is brought back with a puncture.

Our Prices do not include:
Fuel, Additional driver, Baby/Child seats, Insurance for windows, wheels and tyres, Optional Insurance cover is available covering damage to windows/rims/tires, undercarriage, lost keys, clutch.

A valet charge may be payable if the vehicle is not returned in a clean & tidy condition.

Extras (Services On Request, Accessories On Request, Optional insurances):
Additional driver: 1 euro per day, max €21 per rental.
Baby/child seat: 2 euros per day max €28 per rental.

Alicante airport: extra fuel charge of €50  + toll charges for each way

Fuel Policy:
All vehicles are supplied with a full tank and should be returned it with a full tank.

Important information:
For all cars, the reservations are Subject to Confirmation in a minimum space of time, the car’s availability is checked for the date you indicated.  Vehicle make and model is subject to change at the discretion of Aidan & Mandy Enterprises S.L
No refund for early return once the rental period started.
Minimum length of rental is 3 days.

The hirer is responsible for the payment for all fines/payments (parking, speeding, towing charges), and any other payable charges in connection with any offences during the rental period and claims can be made against the hirer within a maximum period of 183 days after the rental has taken place.
Insurance is not valid in cases of negligence, misuse, reckless driving, or driving under the influence/effects of alcohol and/or narcotics.  Claims can be made within a maximum period of 183 days after the rental has taken place. If taking medication the hirer should check to see if driving is permitted whist taking the medication. Insurance may be invalid if driving against doctors orders or ignoring driving restrictions on medication.

Rental extension:
In case of extension please note that you are required to contact Aidan & Mandy Enterprises S.L at least 2 days before the end of the rental period to sign the new contract.

Damages including pen marks etc to additional equipment (child seats, Booster seats sat nav) will be charged for at full retail price
