This includes: - Year round secure key holding
- Meet and Greet service for your guests (additional charges apply)
- Weekly property visits and checks
- Airing whole property
- Running taps, flushing toilets, checking boilers
- Checking for signs of damp and pest infestation
- Additional checks made after severe weather conditions, e.g. heavy rain, storms
- Individual Owners report sent via email
- Any issues will be raised and quotes provided for any necessary action
- Upon acceptance of quotes, appointments for work to be carried out can be arranged (call out charges apply for these appointments)
